PRACTICE NOTICE
We are in the process of creating a Patient Participation Group where patients can have a say in how their surgery works. If you would like to be a part of this group, please collect an application form from reception, complete it and hand it back in to the reception staff.
The surgery is open
Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.30pm (except Bank Holidays) and on Saturday mornings from 9.00am - 12.15pm. The Saturday surgery is for pre-booked appointments only. The out-of-hours cover applies for visits, acute prescriptions etc.
