Patient Participation Group

This group has been created to improve communication between patients and staff here at the surgery; this is an opportunity for patients to “have a voice”

The group will meet 3 – 4 times a year at the surgery to discuss areas to consider for improvements, changes and even the possibility of introducing new services for our patients. It was hoped that patients could commit to attending at least 50% of the meetings held each year.

Being a member of the group will give you the chance to be involved in discussing the areas that are chosen to consider when creating surveys which will then be open to discussions with the whole practice population.

The group members must treat each other with respect at all times, even if they do not agree with the things that are being said.

All patients are welcome to join the group. If you are interested please contact reception. The group enables patients to comment on the practice services and areas not currently provided but that you are interested in. This is a forum for constructive criticism not an airing of grievances.

We are recruiting new members so if you are interested please call the surgery on 01484 514118 to speak to Tracy Burton the Practice Manager or email the surgery at – [email protected]
